Police are searching for four suspects who made off with a cash machine.
Officers were called at 4.50am on Monday 4 December 2023, to reports of an incident at the Nationwide Building Society in High Street.
A JCB telehandler was used to smash into the wall and remove the cash machine, part of which was then loaded into a Luton van.
The thieves made off in the van, along with a white Mercedes A Class, towards Cambridgeshire, with the JCB left behind.
There are believed to be four suspects, who were all dressed in dark-coloured clothing and were wearing balaclavas.
Investigations are continuing on Newmarket High Street.
