A POLICE officer has been acquitted on one count of grievous bodily harm.
PC Paul Spencer, 43, who is based at Cambridgeshire Constabulary headquarters, was found not guilty following a trial at Peterborough Crown Court today (April 26).
He remains on restricted duties.
