A woman's body was found at a house in the village last month.
Cambridgeshire Police say the body of 46-year-old Sian Hammond was discovered at the house in Primes Corner on 30 October 2023.
Robert Hammond of Primes Corner, Histon, was arrested on Friday 10 November 2023.
The 47-year-old remains in custody and is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court.
No further details have been released about the cause of the woman's death.
