Two crews from Wisbech and Dogsthorpe were called to a fire in the open in Lords Lane.
About 50 square metres of wood and pallets were well alight in close proximity to a bungalow.
Firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 8.27pm.
Cause of the fire was accidental.
