A railway bridge in Ely has been crowned as the most bashed bridge in Britain.
The notorious Stuntney Road bridge, in Ely, was struck 18 times over the last 12 months, according to Network Rail figures.
There were 1,532 bridge strikes reported in the year to March 2024, costing an estimated £20 million in delays, cancellations and repairs.
Meanwhile, Stonea Road bridge, in Stonea, was ranked as the second most bashed, with 17 incidents over the same period.
