The fleet will be seen around Ely and Soham in the coming months
East Cambridgeshire District Council said it wants each of the 10 new lorries to be given a name fitting of the task in hand.
Councillors got the ball rolling with suggestions including "Trash Gordon" and "Dusty Bin".
The winning names will be printed on the cabs.
Entries need to be emailed to the district council by Friday 15 February 2024.
You will need to include your suggestion, your name, email address, and age if under 18.
